department.
Coufal-Prater has professionally trained technicians
that specialize in each of the above equipment
categories. Our technicians are equipped with all of
the latest technology to complete diagnostics and
repair, including John Deere Service Advisor.
We have field service available for the AG and CWP
products with fully equipped service trucks at all
locations. These field service trucks have lap top
computers with Service Advisor for diagnostics and
repair.
We offer pickup and delivery services for all
equipment sold and serviced.
Our Service Department hours are 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Monday through Friday and 8:00 AM – 12:00 Noon on
Saturday.

listing of emergency numbers.
